If NovaDraft offers a free sample for a prospective project, the scope, permitted use, and any next steps should be confirmed in writing.

If you provide logos, text, images, trademarks, data, or other materials for a project, you are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed for NovaDraft to use those materials as requested. Project-specific responsibilities should be documented in the written project agreement.
